Protocol to Tax Treaty between India and Kyrgyzstan to be Signed

On 17 September 2018, the Kyrgyzstan government authorized the Minister of Economy to sign an amending protocol to the 1999 income tax treaty with India. The protocol, which will be the first to amend the treaty, includes an update to Article 26 (Exchange of Information) to bring it in line with the OECD standard for information exchange.
