Protocol to Tax Treaty between India and Kyrgyzstan Signed

On 14 June 2019, officials from India and Kyrgyzstan signed an amending protocol to the 1999 income tax treaty between the two countries. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and includes an update to Article 26 (Exchange of Information) to bring it in line with the OECD standard for information exchange.
