Protocol to Tax Treaty between Brazil and Hungary to be Negotiated

Hungary has published Decree 61/2019 in the 19 June 2019 edition of the Official Gazette, which authorizes the Ministry of Finance to negotiate and sign an amending protocol to the 1986 income tax treaty with Brazil. Any resulting protocol would be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
