Protocol to Tax Treaty between India and Mongolia under Negotiation

According to a joint statement from Indian President Ram Nath Kovind and Mongolian President Khaltmaagiin Battulga, the two sides have agreed to continue negotiations and work towards the early conclusion of an amending protocol to the 1994 tax treaty between the two countries. Any resulting protocol would be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
