Protocol to Tax Treaty between South Korea and Turkmenistan has Entered into Force

The amending protocol to the 2015 tax treaty between South Korea and Turkmenistan entered into force on 6 February 2020. The protocol, signed 17 April 2019, is the first to amend the treaty and makes the following changes:

• The replacement of the preamble in line with BEPS standards;
