On 1 October 2020, officials from Denmark and Germany reportedly signed an amending protocol to the 1995 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
