Protocol to Tax Treaty between Kuwait and South Africa Signed

According to an updated status overview published on 4 May 2021 by the South African Revenue Service, an amending protocol to the 2004 tax treaty with Kuwait was signed on 1 April 2021. The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
