Protocol to Tax Treaty between Austria and South Korea Signed

On 14 June 2021, officials from Austria and South Korea signed an amending protocol to the 1985 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries. The protocol is the second to amend the treaty and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the protocol will be published once available.
