The amending protocol to the 2011 income and capital tax treaty between Austria and Tajikistan entered into force on 26 May 2021. The protocol, signed 13 March 2013, amends the final protocol signed with the treaty in regard to the application of Article 26 (Exchange of Information). The protocol is the first to amend the treaty and generally applies from the date of its entry into force.
