Protocol to Tax Treaty between Hungary and Switzerland to be Negotiated

Through a decision published on 15 July 2021, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has authorized the negotiation and signing of an amending protocol to the 2013 income and capital tax treaty with Switzerland. Any resulting protocol would be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
