Hungary published Decree No. 1058/2024 in the Official Gazette on 13 March 2024, which authorizes the Minister of Finance to sign an amending protocol to the 2001 tax treaty with Serbia. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
