Protocol to Tax Treaty between Belgium and Uganda Signed

On April 25 2014, a protocol to the 2007 tax treaty between Belgium and Uganda was signed. The protocol changes the definition of competent authority and updates the article on exchange of information.

Both the protocol and treaty, which has not been ratified, will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged.
