Protocol to the Tax Treaty between Ireland and Mexico under Negotiation

According to an update published on the Irish Revenue website, negotiations are underway for a protocol to the 1998 income and capital tax treaty between Ireland and Mexico. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty and must be finalized, signed and ratified before entering into force.
