The 2012 protocol to the tax treaty between Croatia and San Marino entered into force on 21 May 2014. The protocol is the first to amend the 2004 treaty between the two countries and updates the exchange of information article to bring it in line with OECD standards.
The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2015.
