According to an announcement by the Singapore Ministry of Finance, the protocol to the 1997 income tax treaty between Singapore and the Czech Republic entered into force on 12 September 2014. The protocol was signed 26 June 2013, and brings the Exchange of Information article in line with OECD standards, and also replaces the articles on Shipping and Air Transport and Associated Enterprises.
