Protocol to the Tax Treaty between the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan Signed

On 24 November 2014, officials from the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan signed a protocol to the 1998 income tax treaty between the two countries. The protocol includes amendments to several articles of the treaty, including bringing the treaty in line with the OECD standard for information exchange. It is the first to amend the treaty.
