The protocol to the 2008 income tax treaty between Bahrain and Brunei will enter into for 31 December 2014. The protocol, signed 18 December 2012, is the first to amend the treaty and brings it in line with the OECD standard for information exchange.
The protocol applies from the date of its entry into force.
