According to a press release of 29 February 2012, published by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, the amending protocol, signed on 3 February 2011, to the Estonia - Singapore Income Tax Treaty (2006), will enter into force on 30 March 2012. The protocol generally applies from 30 March 2012.
