OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Germany and Ireland enters into force
The amending protocol, signed on 25 May 2010, to the Ireland-Germany income and capital tax treaty of 17 October 1962, entered into force on 3 June 2011. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2011.
