Protocol to treaty between Mexico and United Kingdom enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 23 April 2009, to the Mexico-United Kingdom income tax treaty and exchange of notes of 2 June 1994, entered into force on 18 January 2011. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2008 for business flat rate tax and from 18 January 2011 for other tax matters.
