On 18 July 2013, the amending protocol on exchange of information, signed on 15 September 2009, to the Belgium - Finland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1976), as amended by the 1991 protocol, entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2006 for criminal tax matters and from 1 January 2010 for other tax matters
