On 11 July 2013, the amending protocol on exchange of information, signed on 11 July 2012, to the Luxembourg - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1993), as amended by the 2009 protocol, entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2011.
