On 28 January 2014, Luxembourg and Mauritius signed an amending protocol to the Luxembourg - Mauritius Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1995), in Brussels. The amending protocol contains an exchange of information provision which is in line with article 26 of the OECD Model.
