On 25 July 2012, the amending protocol, signed on 28 December 2010, to the Korea (Rep.) - Switzerland Income Tax Treaty (1980), will enter into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2011 for the provisions on exchange of information and from 1 January 2013 for the remaining provisions.
