The amending protocol, signed on 8 February 2011, to the Slovak Republic - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1997), entered into force on 8 August 2012. The protocol generally applies from 1 September 2012 in respect of exchange of information matters and from 1 January 2013 for withholding and other tax matters.
