Provisional Measure 563/2012 (PM 563/2012), which introduced various tax incentives and changes to transfer pricing was converted into Law 12,715 (Law 12,715/2012), published in the Official Gazette of 18 September 2012.
Law 12,715 is in parts new, amending and consolidating. The main new features are as follows:
