Provisional Measure 578/2012 (PM 578/2012), published in the Official Gazette of 31 August 2012 and effective as of that date, allowed accelerated depreciation of motor vehicles for transport of goods and listed wagons, locomotives and loco tractors qualified as fixed assets.
Legal entities are entitled to use accelerated depreciation rates as of 1 January 2013, provided that the qualifying assets are acquired between 1 September 2012 and 31 December 2012.
