Qatar's General Tax Authority announced (via Twitter) on 5 August 2021 that it has issued Circular No. 5 of 2021 regarding the requirement for all taxpayers to submit withholding tax forms electronically through the Dhareeba tax portal http://dhareeba.gov.qa. It is further confirmed that paper forms are no longer accepted.
