According to an update to the list of signatories, Qatar signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the exchange of Country-by-Country reports (CbC MCAA) on 19 December 2017. Qatar has not yet formally adopted CbC reporting requirements, although the country has joined the joined the Inclusive Framework for the global implementation of the BEPS Project, which involves a commitment to implement the BEPS minimum standards, including CbC reporting.
