The Treasury & Resources Department of Guernsey has recommended the ratification of the tax treaty between Guernsey and Seychelles. The treaty was signed January 27th, 2014, and includes the following withholding rates:
- Dividends - 0%
- Interest - 0%
- Royalties - 5%
The treaty will enter into force after the exchange of the ratification instruments and apply from January 1st of the following year.
