Reconstruction tax – Bill to be submitted to Congress

The Ministry of Finance announced, during the International Conference for the Reconstruction and Transformation of Guatemala held on 11-12 October 2010, that a Bill introducing a reconstruction tax levied on companies and individuals would be submitted to the Congress. Further developments will be reported subsequently.
