Rescheduling payment of tax liabilities for certain taxpayers approved

On 1 September 2012, the Government approved a memorandum of the Ministry of Finance for amending Emergency Ordinance No. 29. According to the amendment, taxpayers with tax liabilities exceeding RON 300 million may reschedule the payment of such liabilities for a period of 7 years (instead of 5 years, as currently provided by the Emergency Ordinance).
