Romania has published Law No. 88 of 11 April 2023 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the introduction of certain new VAT exemptions. This includes that the following are exempt from VAT:
- Construction, rehabilitation, and modernization services provided to public hospitals and to hospitals of non-profit entities registered in the Public Register of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF),
