Romania has published Law No. 54 of 14 May 2020, which provides for a discount on corporate income tax due for the second and third quarters of 2020. This includes a 10% discount on the tax due for taxpayers that pay their tax for the second quarter by 25 July 2020 and that pay their tax for the third quarter by 25 October 2020. The discount is being provided in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
