Romanian Government Approves for Ratification Tax Treaty With Spain

On 24 May 2018, Romania's government approved the ratification of the new income tax treaty with Spain. The treaty, signed 18 October 2017, will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1979 tax treaty between the two countries.
