The Russian Ministry of Finance has issued a notice confirming that the income tax treaty with Brazil entered into force on 19 June 2017 and is effective from 1 January 2018. The treaty, signed 22 November 2004, is the first of its kind between the two countries ({News-2017-08-08/T/2-previous coverage}).
