Russia has published a draft order for consultation on amendments to the list of jurisdictions that do not have adequate tax information exchange with Russia in relation to Russia's CFC rules. The draft order would add Canada and the Republic of Congo (added back) to the list and remove Belize, Brazil, Liechtenstein, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Seychelles, and Uganda.
The final order for the list should be issued before the end of the year and apply from 1 January 2019.
