On 1 October 2020, Russia published Federal Law No. 310-FZ, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Hungary. The agreement, signed 30 October 2019, will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1962 social security agreement between Hungary and the former Soviet Union.
