The Russian Federal Tax Service is finalizing a draft order for a revised list of states and territories with which Country-by-Country (CbC) reports will be automatically exchanged, which would replace the list established by Russia published Order No. ED-7-17/1226@ of 22 December 2022. The revised list reportedly includes the addition of Albania, Cameroon, the Dominican Republic, Mauritania, Papua New Guinea, Montserrat, and the Faroe Islands, and the removal of all EU Member States.
