It has been reported that a draft law was submitted to the Russian parliament on 30 July 2014 that would restrict companies from providing audit, legal and consulting services in Russia if they are registered in "aggressor countries." Aggressor countries are those that have imposed sanctions on Russia, Russian citizens, or Russian legal entities; i.e. the U.S. and EU countries. The restriction would also apply to such companies' affiliates registered in Russia.
