Russia has published Presidential Decree No. 668 of 26 September 2022 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the suspension of the 2010 income and capital tax treaty with Latvia. The Decree entered into force on 26 September.
Note that Latvia suspended the treaty indefinitely with effect from 16 May 2022.
