The Russian parliament is considering draft Law No. 1038289-7, which was submitted on 16 October 2020 and provides for an extension of the 0% VAT rate on the import and sale of livestock. Currently scheduled to expire 31 December 2020, the draft Law would extend the 0% rate to 31 December 2025.
