Russia's State Duma has issued a release announcing the approval of the law for the expansion of the reduced VAT rate of 10% on goods for children produced domestically. According to the release the 10% VAT rate is extended to diapers, bottles, bathtubs, playpens, children's car seats, and bicycles produced in Russia. Previously, the reduced rate was limited to children's clothing, shoes, toys, strollers, and writing instruments.
