Rwanda has published the new Law Governing Companies (Law no. 007/2021 of 5 February 2021) in the Official Gazette, which repeals and replaces the prior 2018 law governing companies. The new Law covers all requirements for the formation and operation of a company in Rwanda, including chapters on:
