Rwanda has published the new Law on Investment Promotion and Facilitation (Law no. 006/2021 of 5 February 2021) in the Official Gazette. As previously reported, the new law repeals and replaces the prior 2015 law of the same name and is meant to enhance Rwanda's competitiveness, and attract cross-border investment, new business, and financial institutions.
