Rwandan Chamber of Deputies Approves Pending Tax Treaty with China

On 13 January 2022, Rwanda's Chamber of Deputies (lower house of parliament) approved the law for the ratification of the pending income and capital tax treaty with China. The treaty, signed 7 December 2021, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
