The Rwandan Parliament has reportedly approved several draft tax laws that were introduced in March 2025, including:
- The Draft Law Amending Law Nº 027/2022 Of 20/10/2022 Establishing Taxes On Income;
- The Draft Law Establishing Tourism Tax on Accommodation;
- The Draft Law Establishing the Levy On Petrol, Gas Oil and Motor Vehicles for Road Maintenance;
- The Draft Law Establishing the Excise Duty;
- The Draft Law Establishing the Levy on Petrol and Gas Oil for the Establishment of Strategic P…
