The social security agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Switzerland will enter into force on 1 September 2021. The agreement, signed 1 October 2018, generally applies from the date of its entry into force and replaces the 1962 social security agreement between Switzerland and the former Yugoslavia as it applies in respect of Switzerland and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
