Moldova has published Decree No. 88 of 26 February 2025 in the Official Gazette, which authorizes the signing of the social security agreement with France. Negotiations for the agreement were concluded on 23 January 2025. The agreement is the first of its kind between the two countries and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
