Russia published Order No. 2048-r in the Official Gazette on 27 July 2021, which instructs the Ministry of Labor, together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, to negotiate and sign a draft social security agreement with Tajikistan. The agreement, which is attached to the Order, will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
